The Entire City of Boston Should be Euthanized

Seriously, this wasn't a problem in NYC -- a city which has actually experienced terrorism. There were nine other cities that didn't freak out over the appearance of Mooninites on billboards. WTF, Boston? I guess the BPD doesn't have a lot of Harvard or MIT grads on staff.
